SIMS ... aka Video Barbies...: LEGACY: A girl named Alabaster ....Generation 1: Part 1

Hi!

Allow me to introduce myself, as I'm new to town. My name is Alabaster Ava Legacy. I am 20 years old. I came here, to Appaloosa Plains, to escape my other life. I admit, I grew up a rich brat, went to boarding school all my life because my family would rather think I just didn't exist. I didn't even go home on holiday's because .... well.... frankly - what was the point. My mom was a society princess, and the only time she ever paid me attention was when it looked good for her image. My dad, well... I'm not even sure he knew I existed.

This tends to create problems with-in a child... or adult.

So what did I do? I turned to a boy .... Andrew went to the Community School for the Gifted with Merit with me. He was everything I ever wanted... or so I thought. Until he started to yell at me for everything, and that progressed to physical abuse. I tried to get away, I tried to turn to my family for help, but it didn't work. So I started to tuck money away. I could only pray it would get me far enough away, and I hit the road with a few changes of clothes and my laptop. On the road I picked up a sleeping bag and a lantern. I would sleep in my car. I would stay in hotels, only if I needed to shower. Always paying cash.

Then my car broke down just as I was coming into this western looking town. There is horse racing and farms.... you see horses running around like dogs. The people seem nice enough, and friendly. So I decided to make this home. I bought a huge piece of land for dirt cheap... not sure why it was dirt cheap, but I'll take it. I got a table and a chair so I could sit and work on my computer.

I want to be a writer, and an artist. Someday ... right?

I started by going and making friends... first I talked to this chick named Poppy Lea Morgan.

All she wanted to do was talk about babies! I have nothing against babies, but ... lady ... I'm 20! That isn't going to be for awhile ... I need to make money and get myself four walls!

Then I walked over to the park right next to my land, and I'm so glad I did. Toilets, showers, grills where I can make food. LIFESAVER!!!

This guy named John Manhore invited me to play some dominoes ... so I said sure.

He told me he was a pimp and wanted to know if I needed to make some money. I told him yes, but not like that.

Then he told me he does porno's too. I mean seriously ... gross!!!

Then he wanted to know where I live..... yeah, as if!

I finished the game, but man ... that guy was creepy!! So I put on my swimsuit and decided to play on the slip n slide. There was this chick named Addison Eve O'Gally there. I guess she's a celebrity or something. I don't care about that.

We got to talking and grew to be friends real quick. I mean - it's exciting to make friends.

I ended up telling her about some of my past, but not all of it. I didn't tell her I was hiding.

She told me how she was a child star and moved here to escape. Wow.

After talking with Addison, I ended up going to try the golf stuff. This guy - named Harper Reed O'Meary was watching me. Apparently he appreciated my form!

Oh My GOSH! I think I just hit him in the head with the ball. Whoops!

Addison came and got me to play dominoes with her and her friends. Harper was one of them, sporting a huge goose egg where the golf ball hit him. Thank goodness his hair covered it up. Addison's other fried Gracie Loveland joined us too. She seemed nice enough. They asked me what I was doing for money, I told them not to worry about it, I had it covered.

And I was super excited to start building my home.

The game though, it was intense.

After we finished, I took a minute to give Buckley Bedlington a treat. Such a sweet dog. I think I will have to get a dog, or a cat. Maybe both. I never had a pet before.

Then I made some hotdogs .... don't they look num?

For dessert, I got a gumball!

It was good.... cherry!

Then I settled in at a table in the park, and got to work. If my ex Andrew taught me anything, it was how to make money hacking. I don't want to do this forever, but right now, I feel like I have to.
